As part of special measures introduced during the Coronavirus pandemic, we are now working more closely with our Primary Care Network partners.  All patient appointments are now at Hall Green Health or Shirley Road; patients will be advised at the time of booking where they are to attend.  Please note that Swanswell Medical Centre is now closed to patients; we cannot open our doors to patients for any reason. This measure has been taken in order to provide resilience during this difficult time. All contact with the Practice at this time must be by telephone or email. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and will keep you updated when things change.

All online appointment booking has been suspended in order that our Receptionists may conduct screening where appropriate for patients requesting to see their GP. You may notice increased waiting times on the telephone during this period of Coronavirus. Thank you for your patience.

Any patient developing a new persistent cough or a high temperature (above or equal to 37.8) is now advised to self-isolate for at least 7 days. You do not need to see your GP.  For more advice, visit NHS 111 Coronavirus advice.

If your employer is asking for a GP sick note to cover your self-isolation, please refer them to this letter:
